LESCO has launched a customer facilitation centre to cope with issues regarding the complaints of its customers. Now, customers can complain directly by calling toll-free number 111-000-118. It is 24 hours 7 days a week facility. A customer can call at any time and make a complaint about any issue he faces like power outrage, voltage instability, transformer replacement etc.

How to Track a Complaint?

  • Customers can track their complaints very easily with the complaints management system. 
  • When a customer complains, he gets a ticket number assigned to his/her complaint. 
  • By using this special number he/she can track the status of his/her complaint.

If, unfortunately, their complaint is not entertained, they can track their complaint online by just visiting the LESCO Customer Complaint Management System CCMS. On the home page, there are some tabs regarding lodging and tracking of complaints on top.

We can track our complaints by reference number and by ticket number. The reference number is our customer reference number printed on the LESCO BILL. Another option is by ticket number, the number which is assigned to our complaint when we lodged it.

By providing the required information we can track our complaint and see its status whether it is resolved or not.
